It shows the methods taken by orientalists to suspicious and questioning their source. Some orientalists have taken the similarity between the texts Holy Qur'an and the texts contained in other heavenly books means in the Torah and the Bible as evidence that the Holy Qur'an was taken by the Prophet (Allah peace be upon him) from these heavenly books, and not on the one hand Allah certainly.

The Muslims scholars have responded to these suspicions, and explained the serious errors in them that are due to the fact that those in charge of these translations do not speak the Arabic language, although they are students and readers of it, but they have not been able to identify the secrets of the Arabic language, which is the language of the Holy Qur'an. This study also presents the responses of Islamic scholars and conclusion in the end of research.
2024-06-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Khairulummahhttps://khairulumma.com/index.php/about/article/view/120The Dismissal of NAP Government in Baluchistanin 1973: A Critical Perspective 2024-08-19T16:27:21+00:00Dr.Farzana Gul Tajfgtaj@uop.edu.pk Dr. Muhammad Daniyal Khan daniyalkhan@uop.edu.pk
The removal of NAP (National Awami Party) government in Baluchistan in February 1973 marked a significant milestone in Pakistan’s political arena. It highlighted the strained relations between the central government and Baluchistan, particularly the conflict between Prime Minster Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and the then NAP leadership. Key causes of the dismissal included, the London Plan allegation, the Coast Guard operation, tribal conflicts and the alleged discovery of Iraqi arms cache. The after math saw violent reactions from Baluch nationalists leading to the formation of Baluch people’s Liberation Front and heightened political tensions across Pakistan. The dismissal also strained Pakistan’s relations with Afghanistan. Overall, this event had far reaching consequences for Pakistan’s political stability and regional diplomacy.
2024-06-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Khairulummahhttps://khairulumma.com/index.php/about/article/view/117The Verdict of Sacrificing animals with Modern Electronic tools and imported meat according to Islamic Sharia2024-06-05T05:49:34+00:00Prof. Dr. Mohammad Mostafa Niazai aliasc@uop.edu.pkHashmatullah Rahmati aliasc@uop.edu.pk
Today for hen sacrificing we have a big tool, which proceeds with scarifying and production of all processes, from one side they put the hen and on the other side the pure canned meat is out, the whole process of the scarifying and pealing is done here. All these processes are done via electronic tools, these tools are much sharper, and are installed between two walls, they have many parts, where many hens are being hanged from their feet. Today all the Islamic markets are indeed filled with canned meat, which are the production of America, England, Scotland Australia, and Brazil. Meanwhile, bulls and sheep are firstly shaved via gas, and later on sacrificed, or they are shut by a bullet on their head and later on sacrificed, they can die before the sacrifice.

This is a very crucial issue because all the Islamic markets are filled with such canned meat, where Muslims are unaware that this canned meat is foreign or domestic production, and at the same time people do not understand its verdict as well.

My aim from this study is to make sure of the verdict of such canned meat, and let my people know regarding its lawfulness and unlawfulness.

I have conducted this study library-based, I have utilized pertinent books and scholars’ views and have my views as well.

Finlay, I have come to the result that; Muslims should avoid using such canned meat because their sacrifice has problems, if it’s not forbidden, but has hesitation, Muslims must try their best not to use canned meat.
2024-06-05T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Khairulummahhttps://khairulumma.com/index.php/about/article/view/122FROM AFGHAN JIHAD TO TALIBAN ALLIANCE: THE EVOLUTION AND DECLINE OF TEHREEK-E-NIFAZ-E-SHARIAT-E-MUHAMMADI2024-08-24T16:09:12+00:00Dr. Tariq Amintariqpsc@uop.edu.pkDr. Noor ul Aminaliasc@uop.edu.pk
This paper examines the rise of the Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Shariat-e-Mohammadi (TNSM) as a regional movement advocating for Islamic law in Pakistan’s Malakand Division, its evolution into a significant participant in the Afghan conflict, and its eventual decline. Founded in 1989, TNSM initially focused on implementing Sharia through political and militant means, drawing inspiration from Afghanistan’s jihad against Soviet forces. Its leaders, particularly Sufi Muhammad, sought to replicate the success of the Afghan Mujahideen in Pakistan. Following the US invasion of Afghanistan in 2001, TNSM shifted its focus to support the Taliban's resistance against US and NATO forces. The organization mobilized extensive local support, raising funds and recruiting thousands of fighters who were dispatched to Afghanistan. Despite these efforts, TNSM’s involvement in the conflict resulted in significant losses of its members and diminishing support in Malakand Division. The movement's influence waned further after the death of Sufi Muhammad in 2019, leading to its formal decline. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of TNSM’s rise and fall, its impact on regional dynamics, and its role in the post-9/11 Afghan conflict.
2024-06-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Khairulummah
