It may be so broad or limited; but this does not matter as success of the author draws on his or her talent and skill in presenting his or her art within this circle. This should be attained meticulously. Regarding Gholam Abbas, he had relied on his own local environment while choosing his world of narration. His circle revolves within the city of Lahore in which he grew up witnessing its joys, sorrows, victories, and setbacks. With outstanding skill, he depicted its problems and cares of its people. Out of this local milieu, he attained worldwide fame through extreme locality. In this respect, he resembles the Egyptian Naguib Mahfouz, whose stories and novels took place inside the city of Cairo. The most prominent element in the stories of Gholam Abbas is shedding light on the city’s cruelty to its people, especially the working class who show contrary to what they hide and try to coexist with that painful reality. This is evident through “Over coat” and “kataba” story. His stories also highlight the image of city life, crowds, high-rise buildings, buying and selling in the city hub, the image of street vendors over bridges, traffic and its jamming during rush hours of employees. The psychological state experienced by the residents of the city is depicted, too. Also handled are the crowded city and the psychological pressures on the simple employees, and the class disparity among the people of the city, where the poor aspire to live on a level close to the rich of the city, but no way.. never.
2022-12-25T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Khairulummah زوجین کے باہمی رویوں کے متعلق تعلیمات سیرت اور ان کے نفسیاتی اثرات 2023-01-23T21:56:35-05:00 Dr. Muhammad Abdul Haq Prof .Dr Ataulrahman Prof.Dr Muhammad Tahir Khalili
Marriage is a process that is concerned with most of the adults in every society of the world. It is a bond between individuals that every individual strive to strenghten so that the life of the bonding partners becomes a cradle of peace and contentment. Despite the differences in nature, if the spouses are trained religiously and psychologically, they can live a peaceful life because in such a case, they will not consider the difference in moods as stubbornness and obstinacy. Rather, they will consider it as a natural phenomenon and behave accordingly with their spouse. By following this approach, the couple will enjoy a happy married life. In such matters, an insight about the teachings of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is indispensable. This is because the teachings of the Prophet (peace be upon him) are effective to shape behaviors of the spouses in a prudent manner and align those behaviors with the human psychology. If the instructions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) are practiced appropriately, the married life becomes a source of happiness despite the prevalence of differences in the behaviors of the spouses. In such manner, the spouses not only follows the religious spirit but also enjoy a successful married life.

2022-12-25T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Khairulummah Analysis of Modern Scientific Concept of Earth in the Light of Holy Quran 2023-01-08T11:22:35-05:00 Hafisa Saeed Muhammad Hammad Dr. Sohail

Allah, the Almighty, is the creator of the entire world. He has meticulously maintained it since the beginning. He creates humans and provides them explicit instructions on how to live their lives. Depending on their actions, he will reward or punish them in the afterlife. He never strays from His own administrative or ruling policies, ideologies, methodologies, or strategies. Every creation of the cosmos is given specified fundamental traits or characters, and no changes or adjustments are detected in how they are sustained, how they are "Governed by Allah," or what material properties they contain, like His administrative policy. This is something that the Holy Quran encourages us to do. In the Holy Quran. And Science is the branch of knowledge that deals with the physical world. "How does our knowledge of the physical world expand?" is a question that must be answered in scientific inquiry. Every material in the cosmos has been endowed with unique fundamental qualities by the Almighty Allah. Only a few of those features can be discovered and applied in an integrated form when and where they are required.

Islam created its own unique science culture and heritage at the pinnacle of its civilization's scientific achievement. It created a culture of research and knowledge that advanced and thrived under the paradigm of divine unity and universe unity and mirrored the Islamic value system. Islam has long attempted to reconcile the sacred with the mundane. In Islam, the use of knowledge and science is for the greater good and in accordance with the Creator's goals. As a result, education was viewed as a tool to achieving higher moral and spiritual goals rather than an end. People from various religious origins communicate with one another both institutionally and interpersonally, which promotes a more positive outlook on politics and other national and international contacts in various nations. A compulsory code of behavior that a person, a group of people, and society as a whole should abide by in all things of the world is the cornerstone of the humanistic idea of virtue known as conformism. Because people are flawed and make mistakes, harmony helps people to grow and build themselves to the point where they are superior, teachable, and faultless. Peace and harmony can only be maintained in society if the rights of followers of all religions, including life, property, and the pursuit of happiness, are protected. This study's purpose is to explain how Islamic teachings in Pakistan might reconcile interfaith differences. The data was collected using both quantitative and qualitative methods. The University of Gujrat, Ghazi University, DG Khan, Swabi Women University, and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar are among the four universities where the 220 questionnaires are distributed. Through the use of graphs and tables in the excel software, the students' opinions have been examined. As well as we approached different libraries to collect material i.e., Hameed Ullah, IIUI, Islamabad, Alama Iqbal Open University, SBBWUP, and Archive library Peshawar. As a result of our research, we have concluded that Pakistan is an Islamic country that fully protects minorities in all aspects of life. This includes the freedom to practice their religion following their beliefs, to visit places of worship without hindrance, to access educational opportunities, and to seek employment anywhere. Non-Muslims are reportedly to be treated better in Pakistan.

2022-12-25T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Khairulummah امام ابن مسکویہ کے اخلاقی نظریات اور عصر حاضر کے مسلم نوجوانوں کے لیے رہنمائی 2022-11-05T06:03:05-04:00 Muhammad Jamshid ‪Dr. Muqaddas Ullah
Ibne Miskawayh was born in famous Ray city of Iran (born 930 A.D.-died 1030 A.D.).He was a famous philosopher, a great historian and religious scholar of 10th century. In his quest for knowledge he became a secretary, and later served as librarian and various other positions with Buyid rulers, both in Ray and Baghdad. Both Persia and Iraq were the most important centers of learning during the Abbasid period (750–1258 CE).His scholastic works became models for generations of that time. Both Persians, Arabs Romans and even the whole of central Asians. Later on Islamic thinkers and generations had to cite him as authority in philosophical and historical works. His works included history, poetry, philosophy, ethics and the study of alchemy. They are literary master pieces of his times. His most notable contributions, however, were in ethics and history. His legendary moral discourse Tahdhīb al-akhlāq, is said to be influenced by the neo-platonic concept, is considered one of the best statements of Islamic philosophy. The Islamic philosopher Naṣīr al-Dīn Ṭūsī (died 1274) modelled his Akhlāq Naṣīrī (“The Naṣīrī Ethics”) on the Tahdhīb al-akhlāq. His universal history Kitāb tajarīb al-umam wa ta’aqub al-ḥimam was noted for its use of all available sources and greatly stimulated the development of Islamic historiography. Ibne Miskawayh blended the classical Arabic literary culture of adab and philosophical thought processes of Greek and Romans. Thus Miskawayh is known to be harmonizing not only the various trends within Greek ancient philosophy, but also made an attempt to rationalize the Islamic tradition through philosophical thought processes. The media is being used as a tool to create widespread excitement and misunderstanding in the of Islamophobia. When reporting crimes and terrorism in the media, Islamic terms are used in such a way, which create a negative impression about Islam. These terms are removed from the religious context in such a way that their original meanings and concepts go into the background and new meanings created by the media become popular. Similarly, misleading statements and misrepresentations made in the media to spread fear against Muslims are commonly known as 'Islamophobia'. The bias of the Western media: The general concept of Islam propagated by the media houses states that "all believers in Islam are one and the same". Separation, walling and defaming Muslims around the world. This general conception of Islam is a creation of Western Orientalism, which makes non-Western cultures contradict the West. Following this Orientalism, Muslims are portrayed as alien, strange, backward and irrational groups. This can be observed when a Muslim is found to be involved in a crime, while the majority of Muslims show disengagement from his crime, but still the entire Muslim Ummah should be forcibly linked to that person's crime. Within Islam, there are many schools of thought, diverse populations and individuals and groups with diverse cultures, which can be called a Muslim Ummah in terms of basic beliefs and faith, but they cannot be brought into a general identity in any way. ۔ No other person in the world can be held responsible for the actions of an individual or a group of individuals. But while giving a general identity to all the followers of Islam, the media blames the entire Ummah for the actions of an individual or a few individuals, it is an attack on the religious identity of all Muslims as well as the accused. This article is an attempt to describe a critical analysis of Prejudicial Attacks on Islam on the Western Media.
2022-12-19T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Khairulummah "WAHDAT-AL-WUJUD" AND "WAHDAT-AL-SHUHUD" WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO AZEEMIA SCHOOL OF THOUGHT 2022-11-23T01:54:02-05:00 Muhammad Awais Shuja Ahmad
The dispute between “Wahdat-al-Wujud” and “Wahdat-al-Shuhud” is an important issue that has been discussed by various Sufi thinkers/philosophers. Three main names in the context of this issue are Ibn-al-Arabi, Shaikh Ahmad Sirhindi and Shah Wali-Allah. Ibn-al-Arabi, the advocate of Wahdat-al-Wujud, argues that Divine Being is One and that is God. The created beings such as world or universe including ideas, systems of thought and angels are nothing but just manifestations (Tajalli) or emanations of Divine attributes (Divine Names). Shaikh Ahmad Sirhindi, criticizing Ibn-al-Arabi, introduced the concept of duality within unity. He argues, God has created universe form non-being; which is not the Being of God. He argues God and His attributes (Dhat and Sifat) are not identical. Shah Wali-Allah, attempts to reconcile the dispute. He concludes that this disagreement is merely a verbal dispute. This article delineates M Azeem’s solution to the problem. He argues that the disagreement is genuine and it is created by human mind. He claims to presents a better solution.

2022-12-20T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Khairulummah INTRODUCTION TO ELECTRONIC CONTRACTS AND ITS VALIDITY IN ISLĀMIC LAW 2022-12-22T11:18:21-05:00 Hazrat Bilal Dr. Abdul Qadir Abdul Wahid
The rise of e-commerce, a colossal growth and a significant increase has occurred in all aspects of business life throughout the world. The conducting of business activities via the Internet, specifically, has played a vital role in the development of business and economical sectors in different parts of the world. Primarily, business activities conducted electronically were not specifically regulated because it was generally perceived that regulations may disturb and hinder the expansion of electronic commerce. However, as a result of the remarkable growth of electronic market activities globally, many legal disputes and concerns have raised. This demonstrates the need for regulation to govern the new activities. It is essential for Muslims to implement Islāmic rules in every aspect of their life including commercial ones. It has taken place with the birth of Adam and Eve when their rights and duties were defined. In various societies, various scholars and philosophers interpreted it according to their understanding and socio-cultural, moral-religious, and political milieu. The founders of Pakistan – Allama Muhammad Iqbal and Muhammad Ali Jinnah – also remained strong advocate of Gender Equality. Keeping in view the broader perspective guidelines of the founders of Pakistan, the framers of constitutions in Pakistan incorporated various provisions to safeguard the legitimate rights of man and woman and other neglected or weaker communities in a society; and also to discourage discrimination in all its manifestations. In this study, the concept of gender equality fundamentally means policies based on sexual indiscrimination especially. This study is mainly qualitative in nature.
2022-12-25T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Khairulumma Alcohol and its uses under Islamic scope 2023-01-03T10:02:35-05:00 Haris Ullah Syed Hidayat Ullah jan Dr.Muhammad ShuaibYousaf
Alcohol derived from honey, wheat, barley or corn is haram when used as an intoxicant, in an amount that intoxicates. But, if not used in any such manner, and intended to use for medical purpose, hygiene, perfume, etc., then it would be permissible. There are some faqīhs, particularly of the Hanafi school, who take the concept of khamr literally and forbid only grape-based (or date-based) alcoholic beverages, allowing those made with other fruits, grains, or honey. This is, however, a minority opinion.Alcohol in Islam, Basically the world's religions have had differing relationships with alcohol. Many religions forbid alcoholic consumption or see it as sinful or negative. Others have allocated a specific place for it, such as in the Christian practice of using wine during the Eucharist rite. But according to Islam there is a consensus among theologians that the word khamr, meaning "intoxicants", refers to alcohol and all similar kind of beverages causing drunkenness, and that alcohol consumption is prohibited by Islam because it weakens the conscience of the believer. But on the other hand modern world is using alcohol as a preserver in different ways, so this article may highlight the correct ways of using of alcohol according to Islamic teachings.

2022-12-25T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Khairulummah
